Sign in and go to Account → Cancel subscription. That opens your billing page, where you cancel immediately.
Your subscription stops renewing straight away. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data stays exactly where it is — cancelling a subscription does not delete anything.
Write from the email address on the account, with the subject Cancellation request. We action it within 5 working days and confirm in writing.
If you are a consumer under EU law, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. You can do that using the same route above, or by writing to us — a clear statement of your decision is enough, and you do not have to use any particular form of words.
Where a withdrawal right applies and you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, we may charge you a proportionate amount for what you actually used before withdrawing. We refund the rest within 14 days, using the same payment method you paid with.
Drapano is sold to businesses and tradespeople. Whether a given contract carries a statutory right of withdrawal depends on whether you contracted as a consumer or in the course of a business. If you are unsure, ask us and we will not argue the point over a 14-day window.
Cancelling ends the billing relationship and leaves your fleet, photos and history intact, so you can come back later. If you want everything removed as well, see how to delete your account.
