Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between [YOUR COMPANY NAME LTD], [registered address], Cyprus (“Drapano”, “we”) and you, when you create an account or use drapano.com (the “Service”).
1 · What the Service is
Drapano is a tool-inventory service: it stores the tools, specs, photos, custody and service records your company enters, and offers features such as label scanning, QR tags and accessory fit search. It is an inventory aid, not a certified compatibility database — always verify a fit or a spec against the manufacturer's documentation before purchase or use.
2 · Your account and your team
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- Company owners and admins control who joins their account; each company is responsible for its own members' use of the Service.
- You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country.
3 · Your data stays yours
Everything your company enters — tools, photos, records — remains your company's property. We process it only to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time; deleting your account deletes your company's data as described there.
4 · Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other companies' data, probe or disrupt the Service, upload unlawful content, or resell the Service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
5 · Plans, payment and limits
- Each plan has stated limits (tools, users, scans, storage). We enforce them in the app and will always tell you when a limit is reached rather than silently degrading.
- Paid plans are billed [monthly] in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with [30] days' notice.
- Downgrading may require reducing usage to fit the smaller plan's limits.
6 · Availability and support
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided by email at hello@drapano.com.
7 · Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on inventory data — including purchases based on fit-search results (see §1). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8 · Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms after notice, or immediately for serious abuse. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app at least [30] days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of [Limassol], Cyprus — without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
